At BILLIDOL, we are committed to providing high-quality products and carefully inspecting every order before shipping. Our goal is to ensure that each item arrives in excellent condition and meets our quality standards.
Returns or refunds are accepted only for items that arrive defective or damaged. We do not accept returns for non-defective items, change of mind, or normal wear and tear. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contact.billidol@gmail.com
Kindly include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review your request promptly.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. Approved cancellations made within 24 hours are refunded within 7 business days.
Returns and Replacements (Defective Items Only)
BILLIDOL does not offer a general money-back guarantee. Returns, refunds, or replacements are provided only in cases where the product arrives defective or damaged. Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to the customer. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken. External packaging damage, such as dented boxes, while the product itself remains intact and functional, is not considered product damage.

and including clear photos of the damage. Items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse are not eligible for refund, replacement, or return.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we may be unable to offer a replacement or refund.
